Overview

For the first and only e-commerce technology-focused R&D center in Turkey, we are looking for a Senior HR Recruitment Specialist.

What you will be doing: 
Develop and execute recruiting plans.
Create exciting job descriptions.
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
Interview and select employees.
Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
Maintain regular contact with possible future candidates.
Collect data on cost-per-hire, time to hire
Attend career fairs for recruiting and company recognition.
Develop working relationships within colleges to aid in recruiting.
Manage the use of recruiters and headhunters.

Experience & skills you’ll need:
A bachelor’s degree is required.
3 years of recruiting experience required; technical recruiting a plus.
Headhunter recruitment is preferred
Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills.
Effective oral and written communication skills both in English & Turkish
Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
Ability to work with various departments
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work.
Gather and analyze information skillfully.
